Our Garden Room Prices

We’re clear about our pricing

We don’t hide our prices. We publish them so you know how much our garden rooms cost (scroll down). We offer a price promise too; get a like for like quote in writing and we’ll beat it. Remember, you can’t compare these prices to other online retailers who sell an “off the shelf”, uninsulated structure without a proper concrete base.

What’s included as standard

  • Foundation, damp proof layer and rigid insulated base frame
  • Fully insulated walls using rigid insulation and vapour protection
  • Internally lined with plasterboard, taped and painted
  • ThermoWood cladding externally
  • “A” rated French doors with two side screens*
  • Two tall windows or one letterbox style window
  • EPDM rubber roof with rainwater guttering and downpipe
  • Choice of flooring from Uni-Clic range of laminates
  • Light point, switch and three double sockets
  • Consumer unit
  • Powerline internet repeater

*Rooms less than 3m wide have no side screens.

Fully customisable

Want an extra window? No problem! Perhaps external decking? Sure thing! Whatever your specific requests we can tailor a build to suit.

We can even attach it to your home as a bespoke extension!

All measurements are in metres and refer to the external size. The price includes foundation, garden room cladded in ThermoWood, internal decoration, three double sockets, and one light point. The price does not include an electrical connection or water supply, drainage, planning permission and/or a Building Warrant (if required). All prices are subject to survey. VAT is included at the current rate of 20%. Errors and omissions may occur. Due to the current economic climate, we reserve the right to change the above costs at any given time without notice.
